Every time photographers focus their lenses on an image, they enable us to share their vision of
the world around them. Indeed, from its very beginnings, photography has provided a means of
recording all human activity, all the gestures, faces and places involved.
What happens when the camera’s lense turns around, to face behind the scenes ? What does the
photographer choose to show us then ? How do photographers see themselves, their own activity
and that of their fellow-enthusiasts ?
